factoria mall east of i-405 approaches full stack interchange interstate 90 provides access seattle, mercer island, eastgate neighborhood of bellevue , issaquah. mercer slough west of i-405 heads towards downtown bellevue. 2008 construction project demolished wilburton tunnel formerly covered portion of freeway between factoria , bellevue.
