a western form, inhabiting shale rocks near oudtshoorn, considered separate species, haworthia truteriorum. smaller, dull-green, silver lines or flecks on leaves, have more toothed margins.


an outlying population of similar plants in rooinek pass, south of laingsburg, classed separate species, haworthia marxii.
