in leg s roadblock, 1 team member had pick color badge in gas station s office , search along line of parked tuk-tuks 4 had same color marker on windshields. had lead tuk-tuks gas station fill tanks 3 litres (0.79 us gal). once 4 tuk-tuks had full tanks, given next clue.


this leg s detour choice of trunk or sheets. in trunk, teams worked elephant load truck timber. after chaining special knot larger pieces of timber elephant lift it, racers , elephant had each carry 3 logs truck. after getting elephant palm leaves, mahout give them next clue. in sheets, teams made paper using environmentally friendly , unique ingredient: elephant dung. after collecting dung in wheelbarrow, teams took on paper mill mixed water , paper scraps make pulp. teams put pulp on screens, making sure press out bubbles, make 5 sheets of paper. after laid 5 pre-made sheets out dry, managing director give them next clue.

at ambepussa rest house, teams had find wise man , listen flute performance before receiving next clue.
