on september 18, 2006, wb , upn merged form new cw network. ktvl has picked affiliation cw, , broadcasting programming on digital subchannel. kmfd, medford s former wb cable-only station new cw affiliate , has been renamed southern oregon s cw 11 . ktvl-dt2 part of cw plus.
