naegleria fowleri (the brain-eating amoeba ) fresh-water-native species can fatal humans if introduced through nose.
acanthamoeba can cause amoebic keratitis , encephalitis in humans.
balamuthia mandrillaris cause of (often fatal) granulomatous amoebic meningoencephalitis
